Hey blog, it's me Jenna, welcome back here to tell you about our entire project again. Wow this is the end of an era. I had so much fun working on this project and now we are practically done so let’s do a little recap. Let’s start off with my group mates who became some of my best friends from doing this project actually. I couldn’t have asked for any one better then them. We all put in our all to help make this the best project that we have ever done and to be honest it might not be the best but it certainly isn’t the worst and I am proud of us even if we don’t get the best grade on it we worked hard and at the end of the day that’s all that matters. Not only did we do our best but we had so many good laughs and bonding moments. For example watching Mia throw herself in the waves in our music video was so funny. And watching Zoe and Amaya use their “powers” to throw Mia in the waves was hilarious. In my opinion this class is the funniest class I have ever taken in my high school

Hey blog, it's me Jenna, welcome back here to tell you about our entire project again.  So we last left off on the genre blogs, and I was telling you that I’m a big fan of mystery movies, which is why I wanted to make our genre mystery. Next are our movie convention blogs, which were kind of a lot of work, but it was easy because they were formatted, but still not my favorite. Next is our title research blog, which I found very intriguing because I got to see other movie titles, and it was also not bad to do. Next is our script and schedule, which I loved doing because, at that point, we had our pitch idea, but when I was able to write the script, it was like my idea was coming to life. All I kept thinking was, I understand why people become directors and movie writers. The amount of creativity you use to write movies and scripts is fascinating. Also, our schedule, which was kind of a fail because we ended up going completely off schedule—people had to work, and then some of us ha

Hey blog, it's me Jenna, welcome back here to tell you about our entire project. It's like a little project recap, and since this was our final task and really important, I might have to go into two parts, so buckle up. So first off, we have our intro blog, which is all about me, and I just happen to know a lot about that topic. So that one was very easy and quick to write because I just talked and talked and talked. Next, we did our group blog, where I talked about my lovely groupmates Mia and Zoe. Once again, I have a lot to say on that topic, considering they are some of my best friends. Next, we did our pitch, and for our pitch, we came up with three pitches and had a vote on which pitch was better. And in my last blog, I mentioned that the pitch we chose was my pitch. I don't know how, when, or why I came up with our pitch, but that was just the first thing that came to mind. But I like our pitch. Usually when I watch movies, I watch mystery movies and movies like our

Production: Film review changes

Hey blog, it's me Jenna, welcome back here to tell you about the changes made. So, as you may know, we had some changes to make after our film review. Our lovely reviewer Franshesca reminded us we forgot quite a lot of camera angles, so as you know, we had to redo it. So yesterday after school, we went back to my house and filmed some scenes over again with the new camera angles. As I stated in my last vlog, the camera angles we missed were high angle, low angle, tilt shot, dissolve shot, shot reverse shot, and the establishing shot. For our high angle, we redid scene seven, where she is taking her mother's necklace out of the jewelry box. We chose this scene for this camera angle because the first take already kind of looked like this, so it was the easiest to remake. Not only that, it made the most sense, and to be honest, we should have thought of the first take because our first take makes no sense. The viewer can't even see the necklace she takes out of the box. For t
